PRIVATE CONSULTATIONS FOR ADULT WOMEN · MEDIFY, WATERKLOOF

Wellness

Wellness should still be medicine when it needs to be.

A consultation-led approach to symptoms, goals and treatment options - with clinical screening, realistic claims and appropriate follow-up.

The approach

Curiosity is welcome. Hype is not.

Women are exposed to confident claims about hormones, peptides, infusions, supplements and longevity. The safer response is not to dismiss every option or accept every trend. It is to ask what evidence exists, what is approved, what is uncertain and what monitoring is required.

FemaleHealth provides a private place to have that conversation with a medical doctor.

What we can discuss

Medical weight management

Assessment and ongoing monitoring rather than medication-only care.

Peptide consultations

A doctor-led discussion of proposed use, evidence, regulatory status, uncertainty, risks and alternatives.

IV therapy

Infusions only after screening and with a clear indication, consent process and clinical oversight.

Intimate wellness

Private adult consultations for selected intimate-area concerns, with referral where appropriate.

Ask the difficult questions

Is it registered for this use? What evidence supports it? What are the known and unknown risks? What monitoring is required? What happens if I do nothing?

Women’s wellness consultations in Pretoria

FemaleHealth is a women-focused route into Dr Luhard's medical wellness services at Medify, Waterkloof. It does not replace a general practitioner, gynaecologist, emergency department or other specialist where those services are required.

Why “doctor-led” matters

Wellness treatments can interact with medical conditions, medicines, pregnancy, breastfeeding and planned procedures. The term wellness does not remove the need for diagnosis, informed consent, quality control and appropriate escalation.

Questions

What women ask

No. FemaleHealth does not sell prescription treatment through the website. Suitability and availability are addressed after consultation and remain subject to clinical judgment and South African requirements.

New, severe, persistent or concerning symptoms need proper medical assessment. A wellness treatment should not delay diagnosis or urgent care.

Only after potential duplication, interactions, contraindications, evidence and monitoring have been considered. More is not automatically better.

You do not need the right treatment name. You need the right first conversation.
